Richmond Times-Dispatch, Thursday, c. June 12, 1997:"WALL - Mary Hazel Wall, 84, of South Hill, Va., widow of Charles Emory Wall, died June 11, 1997. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce W. Wright of South Hill, Betsy W. Walter of Virginia Beach; two sons, Charles M. Wall of Lexington Park, Md. and William H. Wall of South Hill; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Lenis Lett Hall of Bracey; Mrs. Wall was a member of South Hill United Methodist Church for 72 years. The family will receive friends at the Clarke Funeral Home, Kenbridge, Va. Thursday (tonight) from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday 11 a.m. in the South Hill United Methodist Church with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, South Hill.
