It has taken awhile but I found a copy of the burial records for Riverview Cemetery in Waynesboro, Virginia. They are held in the office of Karen (I think her last name was Vest) at the Public Library of Waynesboro. The address is 600 South Wayne Avenue and the phone number is 540-942-6746. She is either the head reference librarian or archivist.
