I am still around, just watching "Who Do You Think You Are?"

A lot of folks have been writing to me lately, asking where I have gone.  I am still around but I am just taking a break.  I talk about taking breaks often in my lessons, so you should expect it from me from time to time.  Things have been a little hectic in life so genealogy is taking a bit of a backseat.

I have started a part-time job so my availability to do genealogy has dropped somewhat.  The only thing I have done lately, as far as genealogy is concerned, is watch "Who Do You Think You Are?" on television.  I have found the shows pretty interesting but I see flaws in the stories, their research practices and their documentation of sources.  The show makes genealogy seem fast and easy when we know that it is not!

I really do not have anything to add right now, other than to say that I am still around.  I am a little behind on responding to email too so, if I owe you one, it will be coming before too long.
